New York City Campaign Finance Board

I provide legal counsel and support for non-enforcement issues to other CFB units related to New York’s Election Law and the Federal Election Campaign Act. I handle New York Freedom of Information Law matters for the CFB, and am developing and implementing its first knowledge management system, among other things. I previously enforced the New York City Campaign Finance Act and New York City Campaign Finance Board Rules by representing the agency at administrative hearings, before the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings, and in New York State Supreme Court.
